I build software for problems that tend to get overlooked.

Five systems shipped so far, across governments, regulated industries, and small operators — each one solving something unglamorous that nobody had gotten around to fixing.

Work

Selected systems

P-01·2025·shipped

A voting system that keeps secrets, on purpose

Most digital voting fails at one thing: proving a vote can't be traced back to a voter. Built a system that solves that at its foundation, not as an afterthought.

Election bodies, civic institutions

Compliance that doesn't leave the building

German SMEs stuck between expensive lawyers and cloud AI that legally can't touch their data. A compliance engine that runs entirely inside a company's own walls.

Regulated European businesses

Search that understands what you meant

A fashion marketplace with 128,000+ products and no real way to search it. Built the layer that actually understands intent.

E-commerce platforms

Eyes that don't get tired

Steel defect inspection is manual, slow, and inconsistent. A system that sees what a trained eye sees, consistently, every time.

Manufacturing & materials labs

A place, mapped properly

An entire region with real tourism demand and zero real infrastructure to serve it. Built the platform that should've existed years ago.

Method

How I work

01

Find the real constraint

Most overlooked problems have a hidden wall — privacy law, on-prem requirements, scale nobody planned for. That wall is the brief.

02

Build for where it runs

Not a prototype dressed up for demo day. The smallest system that actually works inside the environment it has to live in.

03

Stay through deployment

Ship it, watch it under real load, fix what only shows up when real users depend on it. The work is not done at handoff.
